About Ashley

Realtor Ashley Carvalho of Kauai Realty, Inc. is devoted to getting to know her clients, understanding their real estate needs, and crafting a successful sale or purchase. Born and raised on Kauai, Ashley is knowledgeable about the island’s regions, neighborhoods, areas of commerce, schools, beaches, mountains and surrounding environment. Exceptional service is her signature offering, and Ashley works tirelessly to ensure that her clients’ goals are met. She guides them each step of the way through buying and selling requirements, financing options, contract agreements, escrow procedures, and more. The most enjoyable aspect of her profession is working with wonderful clients and building lasting relationships.

Ashley has a bachelor’s of science degree in biology from the University of Nevada, Reno. She enjoys hiking, biking, fishing and traveling with her family. Her father, Mark Tanaka, (R/B), CRB, CRS, GRI, SRS, is an award-winning Realtor who has been serving Kauai for more than 40 years.
